Success!

After a viewing of a potential plot last week, and an agonizing wait for the postman to deliver the forms, I am now the proud tenant of plot 11 Beaumanor Road allotments!

All that is needed now is to pick up the keys from the council, and to start digging...

Lesta Allotment! is a blog regaling the exploits of one man with a fixation for sheds and cardigans and his allotment.  

The blog will tell the greatest gardening story of all time, you will see what will be grown, tragedy with weeds and pathos with pumpkins.

As of present the quest for the perfect plot of land goes on, as our hero battles with the great colossus of Leicester City Council.
